Thank you for casting your ballot in the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Online voting will close at 10pm on November 17.

Besides voting in the Board of Governors election, Voting Members are asked to vote on resolutions for the Club’s budget for the 2026 financial year, the selection of a statutory auditor, increases in monthly dues for Non-Japanese Term Members and Nihonbashi Members, amendments to and ratification of the Club’s General Rules.

In this Board election, up to four Americans, one Japanese, one “Other Nationality” candidate, and one Connections representative may be elected to serve on the Board.

After you have voted, you will be able to review your ballot before confirming and submitting it. Once the vote is submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your registered default address. This e-mail does not include a record of how you voted. You will have the opportunity to print out a copy of that before you submit your vote.

Once your vote has been submitted, it can be amended only in person at the AGM or by proxy vote.
